Insurance Senior Project Manager

DETAILS: Duration: 1 yr contract Location: Hybrid model out of Kitchener, Calgary or Winnipeg Pay rate: $63-$75/hr Insight global is looking for a Senior PM with experience leading transformation projects are across multiple functional areas, including Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Claims, and our Enabling Functions (i.e. Data & Analytics and Technology). Although there are components of some technology implementations, the majority of the projects are heavily focused on people and process impacts (i.e. changing the ways of working) REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Project Manager expertise (program management experience is an asset). Proven track record in financial services, preferably insurance. Experience leading large-scale, complex projects. Strong communication and leadership skills. 5-7 years working within PM Space NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Change management experience or certification. Program management expertise.
