*Role Overview:*
* Lead day-to-day store operations
* Inspire and motivate team members
* Foster a positive work environment
* Handle cash transactions and inventory
* Inform and engage customers
* Resolve customer issues

*Requirements:*
* Criminal Record Check
* CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
* 3+ years leadership experience
* Cash handling and sales skills
* Time management and organization
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to educate and train others
* Tech-savvy
* Business or sales education a plus

*Responsibilities:*
* Open and close the store
* Manage staff
* Assist customers
* Ensure compliance with regulations
* Maximize sales and profitability
* Coach team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
