Assistant Store Manager

* Provide guests with a personalized shopping experience and excellent customer service.
* Greet and assist customers using Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence.
* Assist store manager in merchandising and administrative duties.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system.
* Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets.
* Perform opening and closing duties.
* Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store.
* Stay up to date on Suzanne’s fashion trends and merchandise arrivals.
* Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base. *REQUIREMENTS*
* *At least two years of proven excellence in a fashion retail sales position*.
* A desire to grow your skillset and utilize your strong leadership skills.
* Customer service oriented.
* Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
* Friendly positive and outgoing personality.
* Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.
* Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties. *Please note:*
