Job descriptionOverview: We are a thriving dance studio located in Sherwood Park. Our studio is dedicated to providing exceptional dance education and fostering a love for dance among our students. With a passionate team and a commitment to excellence, we strive to create a positive and inspiring environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for an instructor with a background in RAD Ballet and ADAPT Jazz. Tap and Acro is a huge plus. Position: Dance EducatorLocation: Sherwood ParkResponsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to):a. Demonstrate basic dance techniquesb. Demonstrate safe dance teaching methodsc. Facilitate group based learningd. Foster and promote an inclusive learning environmente. Develop and apply musical ideas and listening skillsf. Create a ‘child safe’ learning environmentg. Follow Drea Lee Creative Proceduresh. Share the love of danceYour contributions will play a key role in ensuring the success and growth of our studio.
