AtlasCare is looking for HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Oakville to help serve our large customer base across the GTA

AtlasCare requires energetic, motivated and career-minded HVAC Lead Installers to be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance to HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment. professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. The HVAC Service Technician shall also be responsible for keeping work areas clean and orderly and for driving AtlasCare vehicles, maintaining a mobile inventory of parts and tools.
Recommend additional services or treatments to make their home more comfortable?
• Provide quality service and are committed to being a master of your trade?
Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
• Follow all Energy Star installation and service processes and procedures.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options
• Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections
• Promote AtlasCare products and services on every call.
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC service or Installation experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
• Experience servicing boilers and Spacepak air conditioners an asset
• Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
• Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.
• Sheet Metal Fabrication experience
• Valid Gas Fitter Two License
• Residential Air Conditioning (313D) License (Asset)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Hydronics Experience (Asset)
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements
• Strong customer service skills
