We are seeking a Product Development Manager (PDM) who will lead the end-to-end development of new products, ensuring seamless collaboration across design, engineering, and purchasing teams. This role focuses on bringing products from concept to market, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving innovation within the home solutions space.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development process, from initial concept and design to production and launch.
Coordinate with industrial designers, engineers, and buyers to align on project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure product designs comply with relevant regulations, performance standards, and brand guidelines.
Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate costs, manage lead times, and maintain quality control.
Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline product development cycles.

Proven experience in product development, project management, or related roles.
Strong background in industrial design, engineering, or manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
