Job Title: Production ManagerLocation: Toronto, ONShift: Day ShiftOur client is a rapidly growing Bakery Company dedicated to producing high-quality baked goods.Job Description:Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager with experience in the bakery industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the bakery industry and a proven track record of supervising production operations. As a Production Manager, you will oversee a team of 20 - 30 production staff, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations.Lead and mentor a team of 20 to 30 production operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in the production process.Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues.Utilize computer systems to manage production data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management to ensure the availability of raw materials.Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the bakery industry.Strong hands-on experience in supervising production operations.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Driven, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity for career growth and advancement within a growing company.Supportive and dynamic work environment.If you are a driven and experienced production professional with a passion for the bakery industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
