It’s an exciting time to part of the Give & Go team as we are growing rapidly and want you to become a part of our growth and extraordinarily bright future*SIGNING BONUS Offered, please apply now to be considered**Job Overview:Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor; the Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated safely and correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will ensure that equipment is operated within process specifications and that good quality product is produced at all times.Shift:Day: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm*This facility will transition to a 12-hour shift structure in the future*Key Responsibilities:Perform all planned maintenance (Preventive & Predictive) assigned in a timely manner and use Computerized Maintenance Management System to log in all planned, reactive and emergency activitiesRepair and capture detailed root cause and countermeasures of breakdowns and communicate effectively to management and peersEnsures effective and timely on-floor support to the maintenance department members, including regular, off-shift and weekend coverage as requiredAssist in the on-going improvement of work order systemAble to troubleshoot all electronics, electrical issues including PLC related issuesSupport the effort to develop and document maintenance procedures, one point lesson and implement a competency-based training program.Works as a team member on small and large technical projectQualifications:Completion of high school education or equivalentAbility to work with CMMS; conduct and complete planned maintenance tasks, able to complete work orders, and able to generate work orders.Licensed industrial electrician, Technician or Technologist Degree or Diploma related to maintenance/engineering, with electrical, and robotics specializationWorking Conditions:Fast paced environment in an automated, high-speed manufacturing facilityTemperature controlled and clean working environmentMust be able to lift up to 25 lbsWhat we offer:Signing Bonus, Competitive Group Benefits including Health Care, Dental & VisionEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Safety Shoe AllowanceEmployee Perk Discount ProgramGym Membership at discounted priceGreat people, baking great products, for a great future.Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. is a proud member of the Mondelēz family and has been a leading and growing North American manufacturer of baked goods for over 30 years.
