Veres Career is searching for an outstanding Senior Financial Planner for our client, a wealth management firm in Alberta.This is a job for an innovative & entrepreneurial Investment Planner who is passionate about helping their clients feel secure about every aspect of their financial plan.In order to help our clients with every aspect of their financial lives, both business & personal, we partner with a network of CPA firms. One of your key focuses will be working with these CPA partners in supporting, developing, & fostering client relationships.So if you’re a CIM yourself, or are interested in working more closely with that community, this could be the job for you. In addition, you’ll be working directly with clients to build plans & strategies they can use to meet their financial goals.What’s Required?Other than an entrepreneurial approach and a willingness to innovate here’s what will make you successful:7+ years experience in investment planningCFP and CIM designationDemonstrated ability to maintain long-term client relationshipsCPA designation is a plusWhat You’ll Be DoingBuild relationships with CPA partner firmsBuild investment plans for clients including advice on asset management, asset protection, retirement planning, business planning, & estate planningMeeting with clients to determine information necessary to develop financial plansExpand new & existing clients by introducing them to the firm’s services when neededWhat’s In It For You?You’ll get to work every day with a team of collaborative, sharp, passionate professionals.
