Guided by our core values of closeness, teamwork, diversity, and excellence, our team of 1,000 expert consultants, representing 35 different nationalities, collaborates across 10 international offices: We are looking for a Citrix Administrator to join one of our clients, a major corporate investment bank based in Montreal.

This includes application hosting, digital workplace services, cloud platforms, and connectivity services across the organization. Within this division, the Citrix Engineering team provides design, administration, and operational support for the global Citrix perimeter. The team ensures the stability, performance, and availability of virtual application and desktop solutions used across the enterprise. In this context, we are seeking a Citrix expert to provide Level 3 operational support, lead engineering initiatives, and contribute to architecture, automation, and strategic improvements.

Serve as a senior Citrix subject-matter expert for both operations and engineering activities within the AMER region
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application connectivity and performance issues
Ensure production changes comply with lifecycle, risk, and change management standards
Produce and maintain operational procedures in coordination with international teams (including Paris)
Review incidents regularly to improve monitoring efficiency and reduce overall ticket volume
Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior team members
Provide Level 3 support for incident, problem, and request management
Proven experience administering and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
~ Strong operational expertise with Citrix NetScaler (gateway, load balancing, authentication policies)
~ Experience supporting large-scale, business-critical digital workplace environments
~ Technical Expertise:
Administration of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (22.03+) in enterprise environments
Administration of Citrix NetScaler (13.1+) including access policies, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Experience with Ivanti Workspace Control (End User Computing)
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019), Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS
Experience diagnosing complex application performance and connectivity issues
Exposure to SQL Server and enterprise backup & recovery tools

Experience building automation scripts for operational tasks (PowerShell, VBScript)
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control tools (Git), and automated configuration management (asset)

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Entra ID
Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Montréal
Fluency in English required; French is a strong plus
Hybrid role: 4 days per week on site
Participation in on-call rotations, including evenings/weekends
