The Opportunity:Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A is integral to managing financial activities, providing insights, and partnering with department heads and leadership. Join a leading manufacturing company on its growth journey and apply now Our recruitment team will be in touch soon.What You Will Be Doing:Handle budgeting and forecasting for all general and administrative departments. Develop and maintain cost templates and lead the consolidation process. Prepare budget and forecast presentations for leadership. Conduct monthly variance analysis and identify necessary accruals. Produce and present monthly reports on mix and margin analysis, business optimization, and department expenses.Maintain and update profitability models for key customers and products. Provide strategic recommendations based on profitability analysis. Support business leads in addressing issues and challenges.Lead the CAPEX process, including review, tracking, and analysis of requests. Develop ROI requests and conduct post-audits on capital expenditures. Report monthly actuals versus budget and ROI to the leadership team.What We Need From You:CPA designated, MBA is preferred5+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven business partnering skillsIntermediate to advanced Excel skills.
