Using MS Excel, and applications available, the Business Analyst will assess the requests from stakeholders through a consultative process and generate the required reports and files using data sources at the client.Roles and Responsibilities:•Configure and manage mobile devices using MDM software•Enroll devices in the MDM platform•Develop and implement MDM policies for security, compliance, and functionality•Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues•Provide technical support to end-users on mobile device usage and MDM features•Maintain accurate records of mobile device inventory•Stay up to date on the latest MDM technologies and mobile device trendsMust have skills and Qualifications:•Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions (e.g., VMWare Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Citrix Endpoint Management)•Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android)•Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills•Experience providing technical support to end-users•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to work independently and as part of a teamNice to haves:•Experience with mobile device security protocols•Experience with mobile application management (MAM)•Certifications in MDM solutions
