We provide outstanding service to our customers return time after time to purchase exquisite pieces You will learn all aspects of our digital technology adoptions.View our website at you want to learn about gemstones, the jewellery industry, and jewellery sales, the latest advances in technological programs, along with a desire to help us grow our business, then come and join our outstanding team Part-time and full-time positions are available.We offer excellent wages, on-site parking, store discounts, and monthly bonuses.Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide a superior customer service experience that emphasizes strong product knowledge and is delivered in a friendly, outgoing, and helpful manner.The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs.Providing a selection of products for customers to choose.Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice.Following up as necessary with post purchases and inquiries.Use of our various technological programs that are currently in place.Cash duties; receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts.Store opening and closing duties.Promoting store sales.Working with team to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers.Monitoring our website for concerns, inaccuracies, and efficiencies.Reviewing our website and making recommendations regarding navigational efficiencies.Working with our web developers to enhance our E-Sales platform.Assisting in digital product photography.Learning and understanding our in-depth digital point of sales system. Qualifications neededPrevious jewellery experience would be an asset.A demonstrated record of a positive work ethic.A strong desire to learn, not just sales, but other aspects of our business.Ability to learn products in a reasonable time.
