We integrate cyber-security, operational technologies, and distributed system techniques together when developing solutions to these problems.DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Administrator role is critical to the business success of SUBNET and in driving business to help SUBNET grow. It is the essential function of the Digital Marketing Administrator to be responsible in maintaining of all SUBNET digital marketing activities, communications, materials, and marketing databases to leverage SUBNET in the marketplace according to the company’s strategic plan and goals. You should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies with forward-thinking ideas to maintain a strong company web presence.This position will work closely with the SUBNET sales and marketing team to define marketing strategies and ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.A successful Digital Marketing Administrator at SUBNET Solutions Inc. is proactive, organized, self-motivated, independent, and has a passion for excellence. You will need to work well in a fast-paced environment, traverse various technologies, engineering teams, and client types.What you'll be doing: Build SUBNET’s digital marketing roadmapManage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistencyMeasure ROI and KPIsManage SUBNET’s social media accountsManage and improve online contentMonitor competition and provide ideas to stand outStaying up to date with digital technology developmentsEstablish and administer complete online web seminar marketing initiatives.Administer mass-email applications and servers.Administer the design graphics for web and print.Design, develop, and maintain the company website and online store.What is required: 2+ years of software marketing/product management experience.BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant fieldProven work experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience in successful digital marketing campaignsStrong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels functionSolid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practicesHands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM softwareExperience with Customer Relationship Management software and Microsoft SharePoint.Familiarity with web designExcellent analytical and project management skillsStrong team management and communication (written and verbal) skillsSpecific Product Management training.Outstanding organization skills.Remarkable listening skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.Strong technical communication.Effective training skills.What is preferred: Experience in the Electric Utilities Transmission industry preferredEffective decision-making abilityEngages in problem-solving activities regularly.Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in overcoming challenging situations and searches for alternative solutions to problems.Highly developed business acumen.Benefits for you: Group RRSP Matching ProgramMedical, Dental, and Life InsuranceFlex Time LeaveEmployee Spending AccountTravel Per Diem bonusContinuing Training and Education ProgramFlexible hybrid working environmentSUBNET Solutions Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
