Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham is an all-new construction, limited-service hotel brand targeting the midscale segment of the market. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager or their designate, the Breakfast Associate will be responsible for maintaining the breakfast area to ensure guest comfort and enjoyment, as well as 100% Guest Satisfaction guarantees, quality assurance standards and guest security and safety.
This is a part-time position that requires availability to work early mornings and weekends.
Enforce safety and security procedures of the hotel by key control, reporting suspicious activity or persons, and locking all storage areas
Display all food items in accordance to brand standards and in a manner that will ensure guest satisfaction
Follow all vendor and supplier recommendations, and local codes, concerning food safety and handling
Assist with or manage ordering of supplies necessary for the efficient running of the breakfast bar
Previous host/hostess experience an asset
