We are looking for a Salesforce Developer (Junior Developer) with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience to contribute to our Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce development and best practices, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that enhance our customer relationship management capabilities.Note: Looking for Junior to Mid Level Developers with 3 to 6 years of experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems using Salesforce APIs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.Experience with Salesforce APIs, data loaders, and integration tools.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.Desired Skills:Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Experience with CI/CD processes and tools.Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
