Iris's Fortune 100 direct client is looking for Senior Java Developer . Position: Senior Java Developer
Skills: Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL

Develop and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
Design and optimize data models and queries for MongoDB and Elasticsearch to ensure fast, reliable data access.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front-end components as needed.
Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing workflows.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Copilot or Windsurf to enhance coding productivity and quality.
Perform peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services to meet performance and reliability SLAs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
