Nearshore Lead – Workday Integration About the Role We are seeking a Nearshore Lead with strong expertise in Workday Integration to lead a critical project for a global client. This is a leadership role requiring technical depth, team management, and client-facing experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large teams across multiple geographies. Drive delivery using SDLC , CI/CD , and Agile/Sprint methodologies. Coordinate with application and platform teams for Hyper-Care support , performance optimization , and testing . Mentor L2 teams for L3 technical delivery. Manage SLAs for availability and incident resolution through proactive monitoring. Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards . Provide analytics and reporting to stakeholders. Required Experience 10+ years in IT leadership roles. Proven ability to manage distributed teams. Hands-on experience with Workday Integration . Strong client-facing communication skills.
