Senior Business Analyst On behalf of our client in the Government Services Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. Senior Business Analyst - Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading business analysis efforts for systems utilizing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, specifically in the domain of Identity and Access Management
This position is ideal for individuals who excel in documenting and improving business processes through innovative SaaS solutions like Okta, and who are adept at facilitating the integration and adoption of Public Secure systems
This role involves leading sessions with SaaS vendors and technology teams to evaluate and customize SaaS features that meet business requirements, documenting these requirements, and supporting the onboarding of Program Areas
The Senior Business Analyst will also apply re-engineering concepts to enhance service delivery and collaborate with various teams to ensure project objectives are met, including technology, cybersecurity, and privacy teams
Senior Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills
Business and Functional Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Expertise in documenting business and data requirements into specifications for designing technology solutions
Project Management and Leadership Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, ability to work independently, and demonstrated experience in managing project deliverables
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and presentations with stakeholders at all levels
Senior Business Analyst - Preferred Skills
Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions such as Okta
Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and its regulations
Proven ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops and develop comprehensive documentation including business cases and testing plans
