*Staff Plus is an employment agency catering to job seekers and clients in the GTA.*We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance- Lab Assistant for our client in Etobicoke for a Coffee Manufacturing plant.*Major Intersection*: Finch & Hwy 27*Working Hours:* 8AM-4PM*Job Duties:** Conducts ‘in process’ coffee and finished product testing including physical testing, sample preparation, documentation and final release testing- Lab setup for cupping sessions and clean up (including loading dishwasher)* Data entry of customer specification information into online database systems* Sample collection, evaluation and shipping & tracking of customer requests* Support various individuals within the Product Development Team on multiple projects* Flexible to accept other duties as assign*Requirements:** Minimum requirement of Post-Secondary Education* 1-3 years work experience in Food manufacturing or Food Service industry.* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, meticulous records maintenance skills.* Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.* Able to maintain filing systems and online databases.* Strong customer service orientation.* Proficient in the use of computer technology including standard software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.* Strong time management and organizational skills* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organizationIf you are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and have a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for this position.Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
