What You'll Be Doing About the role - Strategy & Operations Intern (Summer 2026) If you’re looking for a hands-on role at a fast-growing Canadian startup, this is an opportunity to work across teams such as marketing, sales, product, and operations while gaining real experience in how a business is built. You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish, get to learn by doing, and build hard skills. Examples of projects could include: Testing, running, and eventually scaling/automating different marketing channels (e.g., organic social media, blog posts) Automating currently manual operations processes such as customer support and email cycles Supporting Product and Marketing by analyzing customer data using SQL and Metabase These are just illustrative examples - what you will focus on will depend on the needs when you start. You may also be overlapping across functions. Note: This is a fully in-person role at our downtown Toronto office by Spadina and Richmond from May - Aug 2026 What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with at least one school year remaining after 2026. Previous internship experiences - can be in areas such product, engineering, marketing, finance, consulting, or at a startup Strong analytical skills - we heavily use SQL to access and analyze data, so this is something you must be comfortable with or willing to learn Passionate about fintech and startups
