*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Set-up and operate multiple CNC Machines (Milling, Lathe, EDM);
* Programming is an asset;
* Follow and comply with all AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing and quality standards, regulations, legislative and customer requirements to ensure highest standards are maintained;
* Ability to read and interpret drawings;
* Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments;
* Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment;
* Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies;
* Perform other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete the job

*QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION*
* Minimum 2 years demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC’s mills, lathes or EDMs;
* The ability to interpret results from CMM;
* Motivated to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
* Willingness to cross train on other types of machinery is an asset;
* Mastercam, Solidworks and Esprit programming knowledge is an asset;
* Excellent knowledge of tooling, gauges and the ability to operate and understand precision measuring tools;
* Effectively communicate information with managers and other employees, both verbal and in writing;
* Able to work under pressure

*ADDITONAL REQUIREMENTS*
* Basic security clearance (Controlled Goods Program);
* Own steel toe safety shoes
