Position: Partner Integration Specialist
Reports to: Vice-President, Business Development and Growth

As we grow, we’re looking for a Partner Integration Specialist to guide new partners—clients, suppliers, and vendors—through a seamless onboarding experience, from signed agreement to go-live, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong, trust-based relationships. This role combines relationship management, project leadership, and operational coordination. Acting as the primary point of contact for new partners—clients, suppliers, and vendors—the Partner Integration Specialist fosters engagement, coordinates projects, and creates positive experiences that set the foundation for long-term relationships. Lead and manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support smooth implementation and go-live readiness.
Serve as the main point of contact for partners throughout onboarding.
Facilitate meetings, communications, and training sessions to drive engagement and readiness.
Build collaborative relationships that foster long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of requirements, milestones, and communications in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and SharePoint.
Continuously improve onboarding workflows and the partner experience.
Track progress, resolve issues proactively, and report on risks and outcomes to leadership.
Work with Business Development and Technical teams for a smooth transition to ongoing relationship management.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field (required).
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is an asset.
Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) is an asset.
Experience: 3+ years in onboarding, partnership management, or project management, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or a related industry.
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
