Title: Coordonnateur(trice) de projet – Infrastructure TI / Project Coordinator – IT Infrastructure Location / Lieu : Montreal or Montreal South Shore (2 days per week at client's office / 2 jours par semaine au bureau du client) Duration / Durée: 12 months – 35 h per week / 12 mois – 35 h par semaine Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes : Expérience minimum de 5 ans en coordination de projets dans des environnements d'entreprise à grande échelle. Solide compréhension des composants d'infrastructure TI (serveurs, réseaux, stockage, cloud). Familiarité avec les outils de gestion de projet (p. ex. MS Project, Jira ou équivalent). Bilinguisme (anglais et français) requis. Savoir Faire/être Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en communication. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un contexte mondial dynamique. Capacité a analyser les enjeux de livraisons et challenger les équipes ***Capacité à travailler en dehors des heures normales lorsque nécessaire pour soutenir des jalons critiques ou la collaboration avec des équipes mondiales.*** Atout Connaissance des pratiques ITIL et de la gouvernance des infrastructures. Job description: Nombre d'initiatives croissantes dans le département d'Infrastructure Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de projet – Infrastructure TI pour rejoindre notre équipe technologique mondiale. environnement d'entreprise à grande échelle comptant plus de 10 000 employés répartis sur plusieurs sites à travers le monde Tâches Coordonner les activités des projets d'infrastructure, en veillant au respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des normes de qualité. Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, incluant des spécialistes réseau, serveurs, cloud et cybersécurité. Préparer et maintenir la documentation de projet, les calendriers et les rapports d'avancement. Surveiller les risques, les enjeux et les dépendances, et les escalader au besoin pour garantir la réussite du projet. Soutenir les exigences de gouvernance et de conformité aux normes mondiales en TI. Faciliter le transfert de connaissances et la préparation opérationnelle pour le support post-projet. === The candidate must have the following qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination within large-scale enterprise environments. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, cloud). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent). Bilingual (English and French) required. Skills / Competencies: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment. Ability to analyze delivery challenges and challenge teams as needed. Ability to work outside regular hours when necessary to support critical milestones or collaborate with global teams. Assets: Knowledge of ITIL practices and infrastructure governance.
