Regional Manager with Occupational Therapist registration

We are now hiring three Regional Managers with an OT background to work with our multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.
*Our Regional Managers play a vital leadership role within both the regional and companywide healthcare teams. They develop business, grow revenues and margins, and achieve financial success. They are known and respected within the health care, legal, insurance, and employer community.
The Regional Managers are responsible for all aspects of Rehab First’s healthcare operations within their region, to ensure that they are delivered effectively and efficiently, and that our benchmarks and high standards are surpassed.
You are a leader who can communicate and problem solve, motivate and inspire your staff to function as a high performing team, to deliver exceptional quality healthcare to people in the community, to meet growth and financial performance targets
* You are able to develop and set strategic direction and goals, guide and implement plans, to work collaboratively, collegially and successfully with people, to meet and surpass targets.
* You have the business acumen to achieve strong financial results.
