Join a forward-thinking team where legacy meets innovation. Our client is seeking an experienced AS400 Developer with deep RPG expertise to help drive modernization and integration across ERP platforms in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role will play a critical part in supporting the sales and marketing verticals, including B2B, e-commerce, and business units.

Maintain, enhance, and support AS400 systems and platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
Lead integration efforts across e-commerce and business unit systems, including:
Supporting Salesforce integration to manage customer-focused ERP functions such as sales data and invoices.
Write and refine technical user stories with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
Drive modernization initiatives, helping transition ERP systems away from AS400 toward AWS and full stack technologies in the next fiscal year.
Proactively resolve defects, manage technical debt, and ensure smooth progress by addressing blockers quickly.
Champion continuous improvement across development methodologies.

5+ years AS400 Development, including RPG, CL, DB2, ILE, SQL.
~ Hands-on experience with e-commerce and Salesforce integrations.
~ Exposure to AWS, Java, MongoDB, Aurora, and open-source frameworks.
~ Familiarity with version control systems and TDD practices.
~ Preferred: Application server configuration/administration, distributed environments.

Commitment to collaboration and responsibility in driving projects forward.

Fully virtual, with occasional onsite collaboration as requested by the team.
