You'll manage various accounts creating content for Superhuman and repurpose this content across multiple social media channels to maximize attention, views, and engagement. We are creating an entirely new category of sound, “Activations,” designed to help people feel their best at any time of the day with motivational and self-improvement audio that inspires and uplifts.If you're excited about the opportunity to join an early-stage startup, play a fundamental role in this product’s globalization, and be part of a mission that positively impacts thousands of lives, Superhuman is a good fit.This position offers a base salary, for the right candidate we are open to discussing a compensation package that includes a bonus structure that rewards high engagement and successful social media strategies.Role and Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media redistribution strategy.Manage and repurpose content from various accounts to maximize engagement across multiple social media channels.Find and identify hooks and moments in videos that have the potential to go viral, learning from previous successful content to optimize future content.Oversee the Content Creator Program, ensuring that onboarded creators adhere to their agreements, monitor performance, and produce compensation reports.Identify and recruit new partners for the Content Creator Program.Assist Mimi, the CEO and Founder, with her personal brand and social media channels.Manage all Superhuman social media channels.Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategy.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.Strong grasp of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.Understanding of hooks and moments in short-form video that drive virality.Experience with content creation and repurposing strategies.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and content creators.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects.Data analysis skills and ability to create performance reports.Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.Creative mindset to generate innovative social media strategies.Tech-savviness and adaptability to digital tools.Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ambition to grow.Self-starter with the ability to manage projects and make decisions independently.Resourcefulness in finding solutions and proactive ability to automate workflows.Culture and Benefits: 100% Remote CompanyFlexible Vacation
