KLF is looking for a right hand to the COO/Managing Director: an individual that is versatile and well-rounded on all fronts and particularly strong on the Vendor relations / Supplier management front. The selected candidate will eventually be involved in all aspects of the business, including supporting the team in the client account planning cycle and s, ensuring that operations are continuously improved to address client needs and expectations. 
 
Procurement/Vendor Management/Catalog Management/Pricing Strategy  

Gain an in-depth understanding of the brands and products that KLF Group represents 
Add new brands relevant for this market and attend products shows 
Ensure efficient buying and increase inventory turnover 
Analyze and optimize the sourcing strategy to increase stock availability per season and decrease the cost of inventory and associated expenses. 
Manage, maintain and develop vendor relations
Lead the logistics department to ensure efficiency in sourcing, purchasing, warehousing and shipping. 
Involved in analyzing and implementing WMS and ERP software advancements 
Build and monitor operational and administrative KPI's 

 
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline 
~7+ years in relevant business experience (less than 15 years) 
~ Strong business acumen and a natural passion for consumer products 
~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve issues 
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French 
~ Creative, efficient, and detail-oriented
