The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pricing Manager to join our client's team in the food & beverage industry. The Senior Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and maintain competitiveness in the market.What You Will Be Doing:Utilize expertise in market analysis and pricing strategy to enhance product offerings and drive profitabilityStay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor actions that may impact pricing decisions, and provide strategic insights to senior leadershipLead critical pricing processes, collaborating across departments and engaging directly with customers to refine and implement effective pricing strategies.Interact regularly with the business development team, providing actionable insights that support the company’s mission and drives business decisionsPassionate about data-driven decision-making, you will combine analytical rigor with strategic business impact in a globally expanding companyMonitor and evaluate the performance of pricing initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve targetsWhat We Need From You:5+ years of experience in a similar roleCPA designation preferredProven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategiesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insightsExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing long-term objectives with short-term goalsProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing analytics tools and optimization software is a plusNext Steps:We here at Clarity Recruitment would like to thank you for your applicationOnly those chosen for a phone interview will be contacted via email and text to set up a phone interviewClarity Recruitment is an equal-opportunity employer.
