Trinus Technologies is a full-service IT Provider to clients throughout Alberta with a 27+ year history of successfully delivering Information Technology services to municipal governments, health professionals, and SMBs. Our mission is to provide reliable, customer focused technology solutions and services. We are looking for an experienced individual act as a liaison between clients and our Technical Services Team.
You have a deep understanding of business IT concepts and a real passion for technology.
You have a minimum of 5 years experience working with Servers and networking including skills focused on, Microsoft Exchange server and Hyper-V.
You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a management or service delivery position.
You enjoy report creation and performance measurement.
You enjoy future planning including the creation of roadmaps and objectives.
You enjoy planning and working with specific tasks from start to finish.
Managing incoming client requests/tickets against the clients SLA and coordinating escalations with the Technical Services Team.
Coordinating outages and projects directly with clients and the Technical Services Team.
Working with clients and peers to create customized IT roadmaps and future plans.
Recommending services, products and solutions for client purchase.
Compiling and presenting monthly health and performance reports for clients.
Highlighting areas for improvement on client networks and working with peers to see solutions quoted or implemented.
Evaluating client networks to ensure that they adhere to Trinus Technical Standards and coordinating with the Technical Services Team to correct deficiencies.
Assisting clients with the creation of IT processes and policies.
This is a full-time position located at our head office in Stony Plain and is paid via an annual salary.
