Project Manager

We are seeking a confident and self-motivated individual with project management experience, and a keen interest in the material handling industry to join our tight-knit, and supportive team. From dynamic pallet racking systems, to mezzanines, to cantilever racking, we help our customers maximize their warehouse storage space with versatile and durable solutions. Our customers are from a wide range of industries, and often need custom solutions to meet their needs. Successful candidates will be responsible for the comprehensive management of large industrial storage solution projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong technical understanding of material handling systems, exceptional organization skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts efficiently – including labour, installation, scheduling, freight and project execution. Key Responsibilities: o Project Management: Manage all phases of large-scale industrial storage solution projects Coordinate freight logistics, labour scheduling, and site requirements Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, budgets and progress updates Support the sales team with project scoping, site overviews, and technical reviews Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout project execution Review engineering drawings, layout plans and technical specifications Ensure compliance with safety standards and installation are best practices Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors and internal teams Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribution to the continuous growth of the Concept team o Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our various warehouse storage systems and services Stay on top of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge Clearly articulate technical, and structural features of systems to clients o Customer Service: Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing timely support Requirements: · Experience in the Material Handling Industry (sales, project management, or installation experience) · Solid technical understanding of industrial storage and material handling solutions · Proven project management experience with complex, multi-phase projects · Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills · Engineering background considered an asset · Experience with CAD drawings, layouts or technical design reviews considered and asset · Willingness to travel throughout the GTA · Experience with CRM Software an asset · College/University degree or equivalent · A confident, self-starter who is ok with working independently within a tight-knit team In addition to base salary, the position will include: · Profit sharing bonus · Car allowance · Group Benefits (family options available) Concept Storage Solutions Ltd. has been in business since 1988, offering turnkey warehouse storage solutions to customers across a wide variety of industries.
