*X-Ray Technologist - Mammography, BMD*Wentworth Halton X-Ray & Ultrasound is the region’s largest and most comprehensive provider of out-patient diagnostic imaging. We are looking for individuals interested in being part of our team to serve the needs of the patients and their referring physicians in our communities. We have clinics in Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Waterdown, Burlington and Oakville and there may be openings in any of these locations.We are currently seeking a registered X-Ray technologist to work in our Hamilton clinics. This role can be full-time, part-time or a casual relief position. The successful candidates will be motivated, quality driven and possess excellent patient care skills. This position will be in General X-Ray but BMD and/or mammography experience/training is an asset and such duties will be reflected in the wage rate. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, quality focused clinic with other like minded staff. Compensation will be based on skill set and experience.Requirements* Graduate of approved training program in Radiography* Current registration and in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO)* Must have the knowledge, skills and judgment as identified in the CMRTO "Essential Competencies" to perform the services and procedures that fall within the scope of practice of the profession* Ability to organize work, set priorities, manage time effectively and produce accurate results while working autonomously or as a team playerTechnologists should be able to work at clinics in Burlington with additional availability for Waterdown and Oakville.Full-time hours: 30 - 40 per weekPart-time hours 29 - 24 per weekCasual relief minimum: 15 hours per monthJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, CasualJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, CasualPay: $35.28-$39.35 per hourAdditional pay:* Overtime payBenefits:* Company pension* Dental care* Disability insurance* Employee assistance program* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site parking* Paid time off* RRSP match* Tuition reimbursement* Vision careSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
