Their role ensures successful project completion within safety, time, and budgetary parameters, aligning with the company’s goal of sustained growth.Perks:Competitive compensation packageComprehensive health, dental, vision, and disability benefitsEmployee Family Assistance ProgramMatching RRSP program and profit-sharingPerformance and merit-based recognitionProfessional and career development, including education reimbursement programKey Responsibilities:Leading safety initiatives for the project team and subcontractorsPlanning, scheduling, and managing daily project activitiesAdministering and managing prime contracts and subcontractsConducting subcontract negotiations and awardsOverseeing project budget and billingsManaging contract administration tasks such as RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMaintaining positive relationships and communication with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractorsQualifications:A minimum of 10 years of experience in ICI, and/or Water/Wastewater ConstructionProfessional credentials such as a P.Eng, Gold Seal Certificate (GSC), or PMP certificationAdvanced proficiency in scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera P6Exceptional leadership, motivation, and mentoring abilitiesStrong management, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and French (preferred)Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules
