As such, we pride ourselves on truly transforming industrial operations to optimize business performance and deliver bottom-line results.About the CandidateOur ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:5+ years experience with Honeywell Experion PKS, ESVT/EST, Honeywell TPS / TDC3000.Process controllers: C300, C200, HPM, APM.All variety of third-party PLC/devices integration to DCS.Industrial Communication: Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP/IP, Serial Communication RS 485, RS 422, RS 232.Networking Skills: Fault Tolerant Ethernet (FTE), Ethernet.Configure and Administer Windows domain (Experion and TPS Domains).OPC connectivity between Process control servers and other 3rd party servers.MS Excel-macro based tools.Experience configuring, implementing and trouble-shooting process control schemes in Honeywell TDC3000 (basic control algorithms and CL/AM code/PMX(basic control algorithms.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Support, maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell TPS and Experion DCS system.Implement and Admin EPKS Domains, controllers, switches, peripherals, FTE and Microsoft.Turn-around commissioning support, logic configuration.Assist clients with third party vendor communication to our systems (OPC).Administer preventive maintenance on controls systems.Knowledge on TDC-3000, TPS, EHPM , ESTVT , EST and FDM systems.Observe function of installed equipment or system to detect hazards.Repair and troubleshoot control and signal circuits and identify discrepancies.Program code logic and troubleshoot existing code.Support and troubleshoot LAN / WAN communications.Provide power on support of new and existing installations including grounding checks and proper application.At Dexcent we recognize that people are our most important asset.
