Construction Manager

We're looking for a Construction Manager, this role will have a diverse set of responsibilities, from managing project schedules and budgets to coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the development cycle. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are clearly essential for success in this role.QualificationsA degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field.4-6 years of experience in mid-to-high-rise, urban in-fill, mixed-use and multi-family residential construction. Proven accomplishments with 4-6 storey wood frame and cast-in-place concrete.A strong technical proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam Studio and REVIT or BIM.Strong technical building construction knowledge, including, but not limited to conceptual estimation; understanding of the preconstruction process and the role the Construction Manager takes within the overall project team.Professional written & verbal communication skills combined with the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including owners, GCs, trades, and consultants and internal team members.The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and ensure each project’s objectives are achieved.Strong working knowledge of standard construction contracts – CCDC2, CCA1, CCA 5, etc.Salary band: $110,000 to $130,000
