Be able to support global teams over 3000 users.5 years’ experience with Azure in design, new deployments and administration• 5-10 years’ experience with the following:-o VMWareo Windows W10/W11,o Windows Server 2016-2022,o Active Directory and Azure Active directory administrationo WSUS/Patch Management/Third party application patchingo Intune Administration/Image Management/Application Packagingo ITSM :- JIRA or similar enterprise ticketingo Monitoring Tools –Ignio or other enterprise tools.o Asset Managemento Knowledge of the ITIL framework. Certification is an asset.o Project Management• Working knowledge of WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi Technology, Microsoft technologies and protocols, Remote Collaboration tools MS Teams.• Strong working knowledge of Windows scripting / batch language / logging / auditing.• PC & Server hardware troubleshooting skills.• Excellent English communications skills - both written and verbal.• Strong documentation skills.• Ability to work independently or within a team.• Azure Administrator/Engineer/Architect Certification an asset.• Strong customer support experience.• Global travel (Canada, US, Europe, Mexico, China,) if/when required.• Microsoft SQL / MySQL Server experience a plus.• Linux experience a plus.• PKI experience a plusAbout Randstad IT SolutionsRandstad Solutions is all about offering high-end professional services to help Canadian companies adapt to modern technological paradigms.
