Experience working with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Experience working with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Hive). Fluency with one or more programming languages: Python, Java, Scala, etc. Experience with data science toolkits like: pandas, Jupyter, scikit, TensorFlow, etc. Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques, e.g., classification, clustering, regularization, optimization, dimension reduction, etc. Ability to write high quality, well-documented, scalable code - Python preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex/technical work to a non-technical audience and to present data effectively. Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS). Experience with Large Language Models (RAG, Generative AI) and NLP. Experience with recommender systems. Preferred Qualifications Self-starter: Able to take a big idea or complex problem, mine data to create insights, and use those insights to establish a point-of-view on the idea/problem. Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with MLOps, and ability to optimize Client workflows in production environments. Experience leading research resulting in publications.
