Compensation is evaluated annually to ensure that your earning potential grows as your level of impact and responsibility grows.We are looking to bring on a new Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter); and the salary for each role in Toronto, Ontario will be in the CAD$60K-$70K range. Learn more about careers and culture at Forsman & Bodenfors on our website at will it entail?The Art Director, in partnership with the Copywriter, develops strategically sound ideas for a range of brands, audiences and marketing channels (social & digital, print and broadcast), in addition to overseeing the design and visual look of ads or commercials. You will generate and execute creative solutions for clients, while ensuring creative cohesiveness from concept to production. The Copywriter will develop, write, edit and oversee copy revisions to ensure the creative integrity of the product and ensure that the clients’ creative strategy and project objectives are met. You are both strong strategic thinkers who consider the big picture in addition to the small details in order to deliver the best product.Concept Development and Design:Attend client briefings and brainstorming sessionsDevelop and implement marketing strategiesDevelop interactive design solutionsCreate multiple concepts (per project)Production:Prepare presentations and review layoutsSend completed artwork to studioSupervise studio and print production qualityManagement and Direction:Provide input to internal creative processesClient Interaction:Present creative work to the client and help to sell-in agency recommendationsReceive feedback from client on copy materialWho are we looking for?A Creative Team with a proven track record in an advertising agency, and experience across channels and industriesDemonstrated track record of client relationship development and serviceSomeone with strong communication and analytical skills, with 360° thinking to lead the work and teamsSomeone who thrives when collaborating with internal teams across disciplinesA confident and seasoned presenter, who can present creative work to the client and help to sell-in agency recommendationsThe ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneouslyAn eagerness to try (and adopt) new applications and working methodsA dedication to delivering great workWe are currently following a hybrid work model and share our time between our Toronto office located downtown at King & Parliament, and our home offices.
