Enterprise/Solutions Architect

Skills Required: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5-6 years of hands-on experience on Java/J2EE or Python, with the ability to dive into the technical weeds and build prototypes or POCs as needed. • 4+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in enterprise architecture roles. • Deep understanding of enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture). • Strong background in data architecture, including integration, analytics, and governance frameworks. • Strong Object-Oriented Programming and Design Pattern concepts with practical experience of leveraging the same during development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be able to design and then implement solutions. • Experience in ideating and scaling innovation programs and fostering alignment between IT and business teams. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to influence and inspire across organizational boundaries. Skill Desired: • Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar. • Experience with frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, or Lean Portfolio Management. • Implementation level knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence • Strong Database skills including relational and semi structured databases. • DevOps experience covering CI/CD pipeline management, usage of containers for application deployment, observability tools.
