We take good care of our team too This includes entering new claims, escalating emergencies and dispatching staff. Our call center operates 24/7 and has a variety of shifts, including day, afternoon and graveyard shifts on weekdays and weekends. Answer the telephone and direct the calls/messages in a friendly and professional manner
Receive new jobs via phone and email, assign to Project Management Teams
Enter and maintain accurate and complete job file information and date milestones in our project management software and online communication platforms
Document Filing/Scanning/Uploading
Monitor surveillance cameras for Head Office & Branch Offices and respond accordingly
Time off relief for Call Centre Attendant
Ensure good housekeeping is kept to perform work safely and efficiently
Understand safety policies and protocols
Ensure that self and others on site are wearing all required PPE, when required
1+ years of strong administrative, clerical and customer service experience
1+ years of experience in a high-volume administrative role would be a benefit
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
Ability to deal with difficult customers/clients on the phone and defuse a situation
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset
