The Call Center at Skin Vitality plays a pivotal role as we engage with our patients through diverse communication channels. It serves as the central hub of our patient interactions, reflecting our commitment to maintaining seamless connections and providing comprehensive support to meet their needs.

Responsibilities encompass a range of duties such as:
* Fielding inbound calls and inquiries from clients
* Engaging with clients via social media and email
* Providing detailed information on products and services
* Following up with client’s post-treatment
* Contact Center and Call Center rolls are available.

Our operational hours are:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Please note: Candidates must be currently eligible to work in Canada to be considered for this position.
