You'll be the backbone of our operations, directly impacting our success and customer satisfaction.To learn more, please visit the Logistics Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Supply Chain Coordination: Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and distribution of goods for our customers.Carrier Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key carriers and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely completion of shipping documentation and adherence to industry regulations and standards.Equipment Utilization: Ability to utilize equipment out in the field as this position will be dealing with the Service industry side of the Oil and Gas Production.Problem Resolution: Act as the escalation point for logistics-related issues including coordination with your team to implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Performance Monitoring: Utilize systems to monitor and report on logistics performance metrics while identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.On your resume, we ask that you outline the following qualifications:3+ years’ experience in logistics coordination within the oil & gas industry, with a track record of optimizing supply chain processesA strong knowledge of the Service side of the Oil and Gas industry, including Drilling Rigs, Service Rigs, Frac and Flowback.Proficiency in logistics-related CRM systems and Google SheetsWe would prefer that candidates be local to the Fort St John/Grande Prairie RegionDuring the interview process, we will be looking for behaviors that demonstrate:Professional, articulate communication skills and your ability to speak to various stakeholders including carriers, clients, and internal team membersExcellent time management skills and attention to detailSelfless team-player with a “can-do” attitudeStrong problem-solving abilities that address logistics challengesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while upholding strong ethical standards and integrityWhy Choose EzOps?Be part of a team committed to supporting and improving the operations of oil & gas frontline workersCompetitive base salary based on experienceExcellent health and dental benefitsGenerous vacation allotmentTo ApplyReady to revolutionize oil & gas logistics with us?
