We import, manufacture, and distribute a full line of food service equipment.*__*Nella Toronto is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team for our Norfinch location*_*Responsibilities:** Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services* Assist with shelf-stocking and merchandising* Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers* Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement* Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them* Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service* Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately* Maintain professional appearance and attitude* Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed* Perform additional duties as required*Requirements:** *2 years of Customer Service experience** *Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset** *Speaking Korean is an asset** Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Self-motivated and enthusiastic* Detail-oriented and organized* Comfort in working in a high-volume role* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively* Ability to life 50-60lbs comfortably_*We offer competitive pay and benefits Apply today*_Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00-$21.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental care* On-site parking* Store discountDay range:* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededShift:* 8 hour shift* Day shiftExperience:* Customer service: 2 years (required)* Cashiering: 1 year (required)Language:* Korean (required)Work Location: In person
