If you are looking for a nursing environment that demands critical thinking on complex care and advance wound care to name a few, then this role may be for you.In this Palliative position, duties will include providing skilled clinical care in the client home setting.Must be Available M-F, Alternate weekendsOn Call rotation, one night shift of coverage, every 3 - 4 weeks, from 11pm - 7amLocation - Greater Hamilton AreaDrivers license and car required, due to the nature of this traveling position, client home to client home.Leap Training, Palliative Certificate, Oncology considered an AssetWhat you’ll be doing:As an RPN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.You will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.You are the nursing care expert for your community.
