Our mission is to assist organizations in reducing their environmental footprint and achieving their sustainability objectives.Position Overview:EnvironFocus is seeking a passionate and experienced Environmental Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, sustainability, and project management. This role will involve working closely with clients to develop and implement sustainability initiatives, conducting environmental audits, and providing strategic guidance on environmental management practices.Key Responsibilities:Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs for clients.Provide regulatory support and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.Develop and deliver training programs on environmental management and sustainability practices.Work with clients to identify gaps and areas for improvement using EnvironFocus’s sustainability checklist.Collaborate with clients to design and implement projects that close identified gaps.Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in sustainability.Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients.Foster long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor in the sustainability space.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field.Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.Proven experience in conducting environmental audits and assessments.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and environmental management software.Certification in relevant areas such as LEED, ISO 14001, or other sustainability credentials is a plus.Personal Attributes:Passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.High level of integrity and ethical standards.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and certification.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Supportive and inclusive work environment.Application Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience related to the position.
