Position: Lead Financial Advisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The ability to lead a client; annual reviews, presenting plans, preparing for client meetings
  • Assisting Sr. Advisors with complex high net-worth clients
  • Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations to clients
  • Maintain and update client records and financial portfolios
  • Managing daily client communications and requests
  • Delivering a high-end, white glove service to our clients
  • Stay current with industry regulations, tax laws, and financial planning strategies
  • Contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts
  • Other relevant or related responsibilities as required by Ocean 6

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related work experience
  • Completion of at least two of the following certifications: CFP/QAFP (or within 3 months of completion) and CSC
  • Nice to have: CFA, CSC, or LLQP
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for expanding your knowledge in financial planning
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with a CRM

COMPENSATION

This is considered a level 3 Associate Advisor/Lead Advisor position with an estimated start date of April 1st - April 15th, 2025.

This position has a base salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 with potential participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
