Project Manager - Document Management System & Control | On-site | Vancouver, BC | Energy Are you a document project specialist looking for a new challenge?
Are you interested in streamlining the document processes for one of the most significant energy projects in North America?
My client is an international firm looking for a mid-level document control manager to join their team. This could also be a project manager who has focused predominantly on document management systems. The type of document management system you've worked with in the past is not overly relevant for this role. Provide a Recommendation for a new Document Management System in conjunction with Project Management and IT.
Develop and implement document management systems and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, purchase orders, invoices and reports.
Ensure version control and proper distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or relevant practical experience.
~3–5 years of experience in document control, data management, or project administration.
~ Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex) and data tools.
