The successful candidate must be driven, able to manage multiple projects at once and be great to work with a team.Responsibilities:Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social mediaDevelop high-quality visual designs for marketing materials that promote our hockey games, concerts, and other live events, including posters, billboards, social media graphics, and email templatesCreate digital assets for screens, signs, and other displays at our live events that enhance the fan experienceParticipate in new brand development and design branding materials, including logos, color palettes, and brand guidelines that reflect the excitement and energy of our live eventsUpdate the organization's website with new design elements and graphics that promote our live events and enhance the fan experienceDevelop creative for email campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives that drive attendance at our live eventsManage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver designs on time and to a high standardWork with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure designs meet stakeholder needsStay up to date with design trends and techniques to ensure designs are innovative and cutting-edgeWork with print vendors and other third-party partners to ensure designs are print-ready and meet brand standardsParticipate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns that promote our live events and enhance the fan experienceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design or a related field2+ years of experience in graphic/motion design, preferably in the sports and entertainment industryStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other programs, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, CapCut, etc.Ability to create visually compelling designs that engage audiencesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs on timeStrong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesPassion for sports, live music, and other live eventsDemonstrated ability to create designs that enhance the fan experience at live eventsVideo editing skills and experience in creating engaging content for social media are an assetFluency in English is required for this position, and proficiency in French is considered an asset
