Role Summary
The Visual Merchandise Strategist will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer experience through effective visual merchandising and space planning strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to create compelling store displays and fixtures that maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Support the Space Planning Team with technical expertise, including macro development and scriptwriting.
  • Upload data into JDA and download reports from SAP to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices, including display design and fixture selection.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights.
  • Experience working with JDA or similar software, including planogram creation and management.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and procedures, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
