Integrate LLMs and generative AI into our core product, creating a seamless, intuitive experience for property underwriting, revenue forecasting, and portfolio analysis.
Develop and refine sophisticated prompts and structured inputs to maximize the quality and accuracy of AI-generated insights for property assessments and user interactions.
Modern data wrangling and feature engineering : Master the art of extracting actionable insights from diverse datasets, both structured and unstructured, optimizing training data, and building real-time analytics for underwriting and performance optimization.
Intelligent underwriting and automation : Architect an interactive, AI-powered assistant that empowers users to make data-driven investment and management decisions with confidence.
Partner closely with data scientists and full-stack engineers to deploy and scale AI models, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in LLMs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and apply them to enhance our platform's capabilities.
Startup mindset: A hands-on AI engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building innovative solutions.
Expertise in Python, LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face and other leading AI/ML frameworks.
Proven experience with advanced data wrangling, RAG, vector databases (such as Pinecone, Weaviate or FAISS) and fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific applications.
Strong understanding of how to build and maintain a vector database.
Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to production (0 to 1).
